Please note: Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the return is received.

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our team before returning it.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
